Notice for Arrears Students (2015 & 2016)
On 21st June 2021, Gauhati University has released an official notification regarding the remaining arrears students of 2015 and 2016 batch. Students who have filled their exam forms for BA/BCom/BSc 3rd Semester and 5th Semester exams, they need to fill an online form (link given below) within 30th June 2021. The exam will be conducted through online mode for those students who will submit that form. Watch the video listed below to know more about this process.

Online Mock Test Schedule
Mock tests for each semester examination will be as per the schedule given below. To train the students, Mock Test is being conducted by the university and we strongly recommend our users to participate at least once.

Gauhati University Online Exam SOP
Gauhati University has released an official Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on 24th May 2021 for the upcoming online examinations of various courses. Below we have discussed the major points of this SOP and students can download it by clicking here.
All answers must be handwritten by the examinee in A4 size paper.
All pages must contain page numbers.
Number of pages may be less or more than 10 pages. But, in no case the uploaded document be more than 5.0 MB size.
The Question Papers will be available for downloading 30 minutes before the beginning of the Examination.
The student will be able to upload the PDF copy of the answer script after 30 minutes from the time of commencement of the examination and the upload facility will be available until one hour (60 minutes) after the end of the examination.
In order to take the Examination, the students will be required to log in to the Examination Portal. To log in, the students need to give correct Registration No., Mobile No. and Date of Birth.
Since it is an Open Book Examination conducted in the online mode, they will be able to take the help of the textbooks, notes etc.
The total marks for each paper will be 70 percent of the total theory marks.
There will be no offline submission of any Answer Sheet anywhere.
